What are the different ways I can pay my bill?

  • You can make your payment online using this web site.
  • You can mail in your payment from the statement you received.
  • You can make your payment in person at the Professional Center or in the Main Hospital at the Cashiers Office, Monday through Friday 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM PST.
  • We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards and debit cards with an accepted credit card logo.
  • We accept monthly payments once you have spoken with our representative and payment arrangements have been established. You have the option of setting up a monthly payment plan using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) for your convenience. What information is required to create an on-line account?

  • You will need to have the account number found on your statement, and the date of birth of the patient.

How do I know if my insurance has paid on the account?

  • Please refer to your statement for payments and adjustments applied to your account.
  • Please review the Explanation of Benefits sent from your insurance company.

Why am I receiving a bill when I have insurance?

There may be several reasons you may be receiving a bill including:

  • We billed your insurance, they processed the claim and have indicated there is a patient liability; this may be related to your deductible, co-insurance and/or co-pays.
  • We billed your insurance and they have not responded or have not paid the claim. You can contact your insurance company to determine what information is required in order for them to process the claim.
  • For more information please call one of the numbers indicated on your statement.

Why I am receiving multiple bills for one visit?

There may have been several physicians or providers who participated in your medical care, for which you may receive separate billings. Should you have questions about these bills, please contact the appropriate provider directly.
